1. Who processes the data

The ecomdev.uz website is run by Ecomdev (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). For any question about your data, write to info@ecomdev.uz or Telegram @EcomDev_uz, phone +998 99 896 67 31.

2. What data we receive

From the contact form: your name, phone number and, if you wrote one, the message text (up to 500 characters). Together with the request we keep the page language, the address of the page you submitted the form from, and the source of your visit: advertising tags (utm, gclid) and the website you came from.

Automatically: visit details (pages, actions, device and browser type, approximate location) go to analytics services. Your IP address is used to check the spam protection and to limit how often the form can be submitted.

From the AI demo widgets on the site: the text you type into them. Please do not enter personal or confidential data there.

3. Why we do this

To contact you about your request and answer your question; to understand which ads and pages bring in clients; to protect the form from spam and abuse.

By submitting the form you agree to the processing of your contact details so we can get in touch with you. We do not sell form data and do not pass it to third parties for their advertising.

4. Who receives the data

Your request is delivered to the site owner in a private Telegram chat.

The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which also checks the form with its Turnstile protection.

We measure visits and advertising results with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Yandex Metrica.

Text from the AI widgets is passed to language-model providers through our gateway.

These services may store data on servers outside Uzbekistan. Only the data the service needs to work is passed on.

5. Cookies and local storage

Google and Yandex services may set cookies in your browser to tell visitors apart and to count statistics. The site itself stores your chosen colour theme and the source of your visit (advertising tags) for up to 30 days, so that your request arrives with a note of where you came from.

You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the site will keep working, but statistics and the source note on your request may be incomplete. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection with the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on.

6. How long we keep data

Requests are kept in the Telegram chat for as long as they are needed to contact you and carry out what we agreed, and are then deleted. Analytics data is kept under Google and Yandex rules.

On request we will delete your request and the related data that we hold.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data and to withdraw your consent to its processing. Write to info@ecomdev.uz with the name and phone number you left; we will reply within a reasonable time.

8. Changes

We may update this document. The current version is always on this page; the date of the last change is shown at the top.
